1. Eligibility:

• To be eligible for the Referral Program ("Program"), you must be an existing client of RCR Marketing Solutions ("RCR").

• You must refer a new client to RCR who subsequently engages in a website design project with RCR.

2. Referral Process:

• To refer a new client, you must provide their name and contact information to RCR before they initiate discussions regarding a website design project.

• RCR will verify the referral information and eligibility.

3. Reward:

• For every eligible referral that results in a new client signing a website design contract with RCR, the referring client will receive 4 months of free website maintenance services. Each month is eligible for up to 2 hours of edits. You will receive 8 Hours of edits. 

• The free maintenance period will commence after the referred client's website design project is successfully completed and all associated fees are paid in full.

4. Duration:

• Valid September 2023-December 2025

5. Referral Limitations:

• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, and consequently, there is no limit to the free maintenance rewards you can earn.

• Referrals are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Disqualification:

• RCR reserves the right to disqualify any referral or referring client if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions.

7. Modification and Termination:

• RCR reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nassau County.

By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. RCR Marketing Solutions reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and to make decisions regarding eligibility and rewards at its sole discretion.
